Hey all - and thanks in advance
OSX Mavericks:
I have a large iTunes media library located on an external, and it is fully linked to iTunes (works a dream).
However, every now and that, say after a power cut, I go to open iTunes and the external is not connected.
iTunes warns me (asks to create a new library) , but it seems its too late.
It recreates the iTunes media folder, and from then on, everything I add is added locally, rather than on my external.
I understand how consolidation ETC works, but my request is..
Is there any way to have a script that when iTunes is opened, it checks that the external drive is booted? And if not, either doesnt open iTunes or warns me?
