Hi folks!

I'm a Filemaker developer (using FMD 7), and have set up a script which will automatically send a confirmation e-mail when a certain task in the DB is completed. The script works great, and interacts flawlessly with Entourage (using Office 2004, all the latest patches, working off an Exchange server).

The email that has been created goes into the Outbox and, when the Entourage schedule kicks in, attempts to send the email. However it then brings up a pop up dialog box stating: "A script is attempting to send a message....". Unless I actively click the "Continue" button, it will sit there indefinitely.

The reasons for that extra required verification are obvious, what with viruses and spam dominating the web, but I have been unable to find any way to disable this function or tell it to 'allow' emails created via Filemaker (or any other criteria), which pretty much negates the ability to use this function in Filemaker.

So, my question is simple (ha!): Is there a way that I'm missing to affect Entourage to allow this process? And if not, has anyone had success accomplishing something similiar using a different email client (that will run with Exchange)?

Thanks for your time!
