Every since I upgraded to SL, I'm now getting a scroll bar along the bottom of the page. Usually this would only happen if the text or picture is too wide for the page. But it's showing up on ebay and ESPN and other site where the content clearly fits on the page.

That would be OK but it will shift position automatically and off-center the page and won't let me move it back

Which browser? (You know, one has to read deep into your post just to find what you are asking about.)

What happens if you click the green button up top?

No add ons. Now it's even doing it in Finder. It creates a scroll bar at the bottom and then moves the files names to the right. And I can't get the scroll bar to go left, just keeps moving back to the right automatically

Getting weird!
What is checked in Show View Options for the Finder windows?
Showing the name on the right is an option.
