Can someone please help me I am so annoyed by this lag, is this normal behavior? Every time I pause the scroll for 5 seconds it lags before I can scroll again. There is a small lagging of half a second which annoys me the scrolling is not smooth. I am not sure how it started, I think it has always been there.
It does not matter if I use trackpad or external Logitech mouse, the lags is there!
This happens in all programs, browsers, apps!
For me, it looks like some kind of power saver feature. Because I notice this happens after the touch bar dims.

I think I found the solution: This is some kind of power saving feature.
I went to:
System Preferences > Keyboard > uncheck Turn keyboard backlight off
After that, I have not seen the "problem". This explains why I sometimes don't get the lag when I have the power adapter connected.... daaah!
