One of our family's favorite feature of the iMac is the having our screen saver kick in and randomly display images from our photo collection.

With the pc, we could use the arrow keys to move back and forth through the pictures without kicking off the screen saver.

However, if you hit any keys on the mac, the screensaver turns off.

Does anybody know if it is possible to scroll through the pictures displayed on Leopard's slideshow screensaver without disabling the screensaver?


we're running Leopard on an aluminum 24" iMac 2.8

1. select a group of pictures
2. hit spacebar
3. press fullscreen at the bottom
4. hit pause
5. use arrows to switch left/right
