Am I missing something? Is it possible to scroll to top now that safari is "full screen"? Used to just tap on the black top bar...

How? There's no longer a status bar to tap.

Is this a bug? I've seen screenshots and apparently people do have a status bar. I don't.

Tapping at the top of the page with scroll to the top. The same way how you can drag down the Notification Center even when there's "no status bar".

Right. Okay I got it now. Thanks for taking the time to reply. It wasn't working for me so I was bugging out. When there was a button or link on top it was going to that page instead... But all of a sudden everything is working as expected.

Thanks again for your time

I've noticed this too. I restarted my iPhone (held down power button a few seconds) and after relaunching Safari everything was back to normal. Hope this helps other users.
