Since the Mavericks update scrolling in google chrome has become noticeably choppier. Scroll speeds seem inconsistent, choppy, "sticky", or just plain laggy. Tonight it was so bad that I could lift my fingers off the trackpad and watch a website scroll up and down for a few seconds after.
I'm on a rMBP. No problems before Mavericks.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Is this something google is likely to fix? Safari seems to scroll much more smoothly now.

Yeah I've got this as well, the rubber band effect also seems to be put into overdrive, scrolling quickly to the top makes the page stretch down really far.

^Interesting. I'm hoping google comes out with a fix for this soon as I like using chrome, but this is forcing me to use safari that still scrolls buttery smooth.

I don't think it is Chrome. Mavericks is known to have scrolling problems (even acknowledged in release notes).

Had it in GM1, and now GM2/public release.

My problem however, is that the trackpad becomes unresponsive to scrolling whatsoever, in any app. Calendar, Chrome, Safari, etc. (sporadically).
