Scrolling in Safari for Windows

I have Safari for Windows 3.0.4 and 3.0.3 before that and cannot get my scroll wheel to work. It works for Internet Explorer and all my other applications. I have tried removing and reinstalling it as well as resetting my defaults for my mouse, turning scroll off and back on and it does not work. This is the only thing keeping me from using Safari for Windows as my only browser.:confused:

Any ideas, help please.
