Hello,

I noticed that with the latest updates to safari, the scrolling on my retina MacBook pro is really good.

On the other side, chrome really sucks for scrolling.

Does anyone know if there's a way to improve scrolling on Chrome? (So choppy right now)

Which update?

...

you shouldn't really use chrome anyway since it forces the discrete gpu and will hurt your battery life

It doesn't force the discrete GPU on my rMPB.

And if it did, you can download some software (think it's called GFXCardStatus) to force the discrete GPU on or off and monitor which GPU is currently being used.

yes I have that and you can force integrated but its a bit buggy. Chrome definitely kicks the discrete gpu on as long as it is running on my cMBP, even if it is just open and not closed completely
