Scrolling similar to iphone

Was curious to know if there is a way to make scrolling in Leopard like the iphone. Such as when using 2 finger gestures and letting go the page would keep moving a little bit in more of a 'springy' fashion. For example in the iphone if you want to go to contacts that start with "s" you just slide your finger really quick and the page keeps going.

Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!
