Scrolling Speed is to slow

After a new update the up and down scrolling only moves about one inch at a time. How to fix. I do not use a mouse.
 
I know this is a dumb question but i really need to know how to fix this.Thanks
 
Doesn't the trackpad pref pane give you the option to adjust this?
