Hey guys. I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the scrolling speed on boot camp running Windows 10. The trackpad scrolling is either too slow or too fast in comparison to using a mouse and I'd rather not adjust it every single time. Is there anyways to differentiate between the two when it comes to scrolling? I can only choose how many lines the page scrolls down to, and when setting it to 1, it feels normal on the trackpad, but super slow on the mouse. If I raise it, the mouse works perfectly, but the trackpad scrolling would be too fast.

Thanks!

Windows + R (or CMD + R in BootCamp), then type in main.cpl in the Run dialogue box and hit OK. This will bring up the settings for any input devices you have. Select your wired/bluetooth mouse.

Now your mileage may vary depending on what hardware you have, but hopefully in your USB/BT mouse settings, there should be an option to change vertical scrolling speed without affecting the trackpad's.

Unfortunately the screen cap that you posted gives me the same issue. It controls both my mouse and trackpad.

I guess there isn't an exact simple way of doing this. I've attempted to see if there were third party softwares that could resolve this but I haven't found anything yet. I might need to find a more feature packed mouse that has the ability to adjust the scrolling speed on the hardware itself.

Not to steal the thread... but is there a way to do this in OSX too? The mouse moves like 1 pixel for each scrollwheel click.
