scrolling through photos in a directory?

I liked this feature in Windows, open up an image the image preview app, click the left or right buttons, and the app scrolls to the next image in the directory.

How do I do this in OSX?

Make their preview size to be 128x128 (the maximum size). Do that by pressing Show View Options (Command+J), choosing "This Window Only" and dragging the slider.

OR

Open them all in Preview. Then use the arrow keys to scroll/move between pictures.
