In most instances, scrolling with my MBP's trackpad has continued without a hitch. However, in some programs, it's as if the trackpad is unresponsive to my touch and it will take a few strokes to get the page to move. The most recent example is in Apple's dictionary dashboard widget. Scrolling downward works fine, but if I scroll upward, it stutters, is slower and only registers the first inch or so of finger movement. I have to lift my fingers prematurely to push the page up further. This is not a problem I experienced in Snow Leopard, and I don't think it's hardware-related, because I don't have the same issue in Word or Safari. Can anyone else report the same?
