Scrolling up/down "cellurar data network" is lagging

I have updated to 6.1.2 my iphone5 and noticed that after i open "cellular data network" and scrolling down and up is so lagging/struggling, never had before those laggs. Btw same issue was with 6.1
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2
Anyone aldo noticed?
