iOS ScrollView hotkey in storyboard

I watched the following video and I saw the guy scroll a UIScrollView in storyboard using a gesture. How did he do this?!?!?

Not sure if there's a hotkey for it (then again, I don't use Storyboard)...all I did to get it to scroll was select one of the cells, then use two fingers on my MacBook Pro to scroll. You need to have enough to scroll, otherwise it won't do anything (not even bounce).
