Scrubs in iTunes Store?

Anyone else notice that the new season of Scrubs is available on the iTunes store now? The store shows it as being copywritten by NBC Universal, which would make it the first new show of this season from them to make it to the store. Could this be a sign of a rekindled friendship?

It's produced by someone else (ABC according to Wikipedia), but shown on NBC, like the few remaining NBC shows.

Scrubs is produced by ABC Studios. Therefore, ABC has the distribution rights and that's why it's now on the iTunes Store.

seen it im sort of happy because Scrubs is funny but Apple may be sued
