SD and CompactFlash Card Reader for 4.1 Mac Pro under the Primary Optical Drive?

Hey!
I was wondering whether I could use the second optical bay spot for a card reader? I need something that will read SD and CompactFlash. Is there such a solution that works flawlessly? (I will be using Mavericks)

Is there no CF and SD solution for the Mac Pro then? I do have an external card reader but the cable is too short and it's a lightweight plastic thing that looks out of place.
