SD card adapter

Is there an adapter that would allow me to use my cameras memory stick in the SD card slot on my Mac book pro?
I tried a search but could not find a thread specific
to that topic. The various cards available confuse me.
Been using computers since 1984 and this is my first Mac . Loving it!

I assume you mean the Sony Memory sticks. They do not work on the MBP and I haven't found anything other than external USB readers to make it work.

Thank you. That would explain why a google search dosent show what I'm looking for. I have a USB hub that has a memory stick reader
But I haven't had a chance to see if it will work

I just wanted to leave feedback on the Sony duo shown on the link above.
First for a memory stick you need an adapter that inserts into the main adapter.
In addition when using that adapter it covers both USB ports because of it's size.

This is the case for all Sony Memory Stick Duo card reader usage. Blame Sony.

For that may I suggest you look for an adapter that has flexible USB cord, then ran a fixed one.

I was pleasantly suprized to find many of the devices that worked on my pc work with the Mac. At the time of this post I didn't know that.
I have a usb device that has 4 USB ports in the
back and a Sony memory stick reader on the side.
It turns out it works quite well and increases my USB capability. I bought it several years ago so I have no link for it.
Thanks though for those ideas.
