SD CARD Crisis after El Capitan

I own JetDrive from transcend (http://www.amazon.com/Transcend-Jet...id=1453298495&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=transjend)

I love it because its flush fit and provide extra 128gb of storage out of the box.
Before I update to El Cap, everything was ok. Whether i open or close laptop, it stayed inserted just like it's internal HDD.

After El Cap, everything was ruined. every time I open the laptop, i get a "did not safely ejected" message.
Also, SD card cannot be recognized or ejected without any notice. it just drops.
Overtime I open it, i have to re-login to dropbox! (most annoying prob).

so far, I hate el cap!
Is there any way to fix this prob?

how mad? I am listening to "F**kin' Problems" by A$sap Rocky.

I can´t replicate your problems on my system, but you should consult the "console" app and read the messages there shortly before sleep and after wake of your macbook. You find the app in the "/applications/utility" folder.

Please, always specify your hardware and software you are using at the moment or running in the background. Otherwise there is much scrying, which does´t really help any of us.
