Hello,
I am one of frustrated users that upgraded El Capitan days ago.
One thing that I noticed with El Capitan is SD Card Issue.

I have a SD CARD called Transcend JetDrive Lite 128gb for MacBook Pro Retina 13inch.
It is designed to stay in MBP at all time so I can use it as another HDD on MBP naturally.
I was using it exclusively for my DROPBOX folder.

However, after I upgraded to El Capitan, whenever it wakes up from sleep,
DROPBOX folder is not linked. I have to re-log into DROPBOX every time to link it with my SD Card.
It wasn't like this in the past OS. No Log-ins, it just worked before. the Prob started right after the upgrade to El Cap.

How do I fix this problem ?
The only thing that I can think of is to put dropbox folder into my original HDD on MBP, but I will have problems with lack of storage since my dropbox folder has 500GB on it. (selective syncing comes very handy.)

I have been having the same issue on a Macbook Air. I have been reading around and basically Transcend says it is an Apple issues that has to get resolved and once that happens they will push out new software(Jetdrive Toolbox) if it is required. This is really frustrating, I hope someone has a solution but I'm not holding my breath.
