SD Card Music to itunes help

Hi, moved from PC to macbook and TREO to iphone (YES!) How can I transfer my music stored on SD card to my iphone-Itunes? Simple solutions are appreciated even if I need to buy some software to make it easy!

do you have a new MacBook with an SD card slot? if not just buy a external usb one from the shop. once you insert the SD card it will mount on the desktop and just drag your songs into iTunes… it just works!
