I have an SD card stuck in the SuperDrive in my 2009 27" iMac. How do I remove it? I have APP till Nov 12th, and if I went to Apple, will they remove it at no cost?

id advise sticking anything else in the optical bay slot. ive seen people bring in machines with stuck SD cards and attempt to get them out and cause damage to the internal optical components.
tilting the imac over to let the card slide out is a preferred DIY option or bring it to a store they may have pop out the optical drive and just open up the top of it and get it out for ya. harmless, quick service.

I was able to get one out by tilting the machine until it was close enough to grab with a pair of tweezers.

Fortunately when I did it the SD card was flush with the edge so I used a very small flat-head screwdriver to pop it out.
