SD connector to iPhone?

I'm wondering if there are any SD connectors for the iphone out there? Or anyway to connect my camera to an iphone so that I can offload the pictures and take more? I'm planning on travelling for an extended period of time, but need to travel lightweight, so no laptop. I've searched all over and haven't found any iPhone SPECIFIC solutions.

I don't recall seeing anything SD-related for iPhone. Not even sure if that's possible since it just has the one, custom port.
You might want to look at Webot, or one of the other streaming apps, assuming you can get your pics onto a PC. Webot streams photos and music from your PC, and has some cool features for grouping photos / albums etc.
