SD2 files with Quicktime Windows XP

Hi

I need to play a SD2 file on a machine that has windows XP. When I try to play it through Quicktime I get the error message erro -39 the end-of-file was reached.
Does anyone know what the problem may be or are there any other programs that support this file type?
