When i opened my 2.2.1 applications in sdk 3.0.The classes and xib files went to red color.

It's not as scary as you might think. The files are simply not where the app things they are. Either that or you have changed the folder structure.
All you have to do is click on the Class or Nib, get info and click on the General tab at the top of the File info window. Click the choose button at the right and choose the right file in your project folder. Do this for each.
