iOS SDK Help

anyone know of any sites for tips using the SDK packages for developing iPhone apps... just downloaded all the packages and really have no clue where to start... if anyone has any pointers or know of any sites with tips and help i would greatly appreciate it... thanks!

i am assuming that would be located in the 50+ packages i installed?? for once i feel absolutely clueless about something on a computer... i have all these files and folders and no clue what so ever what to do with them... guess i need a tutorial or something

sorry for lack of clarification.

the iphone programming section im referring to is the forum (here) under Apple Software, i believe.

the documentation is loaded in the package you installed (when launching xcode, go to Help > Documentation)
