SDXC card on a MacBook Pro 13"3

Will the sd slot on my McBook Pro 13"3 v 10.6.7 (2010 model) read a sdxc 32 0r 64GB card used on the new Nikon 5100.

It's supposedly an SDXC reader, so I don't see why not. It reads a 16GB SDHC card formatted on my D5100 without issue.

i thought the 2010's only had SDHC support, and SDXC support came with the 2011 MBP?

a quick way to check, if you have a card already, is to stick it in the slot and see what happens.

Sorry it was right in front of me and I somehow missed the 2010 part.

Dont't have yet but intend to buy,as quite expensive compare to sdhc ,that's why decided to check.
