SE 2020 - thinking of getting this and using physical AND esim. How does texting and calling work? What about what'sapp? Can I use two numbers?

Thinking of getting this and using physical AND an Esim. How does texting and calling work? What about what'sapp? Can I use two numbers? Does it separate everything? I want to be able to receive text messages to both numbers and be able to identify where the text came from.
