Hi, I was wondering what specific models of internal floppy drives are out there that could replace my SE/30's broken one?

This is a great page. It is the Apple Floppy Drive Bible. Its a great reference resource on the topic for all Apple machines using any type of floppy drive.

For full 1.44MB floppy support, it's looks like you will need the "Apple FDHD External (G7287)"

Ahh, I might do an external if I don't have another choice for it, but I was looking more for an internal model if possible?

Sorry, I miss read your question! I'm afraid I have little knowledge on internal drives of this nature. Best bet is probably to keep an eye on eBay as well as maybe asking people on the forum as well as the 68K liberation army.
