SE cellular price premium different?!

Anyone else notice Apple is only charging a $50 premium to add cellular to the new watch SE and still $100 for all other models?

Probably to incentivize cellular activations for Family Set Up. Lowers the barrier of entry (still pricey on the service side, imo).
 
I think it is due to the use of the older S5 hardware in the SE including Cellular in addition to the Family Setup feature push.
