Hey there,

I just bought a Seagate Expansion Drive:

I bought it in a rush, so I didn't check the system requirements, but I picked it up cos I have one already, and I have been able to use it on my Mac. However, this one says it's only compatible with Windows.

Does anyone know if that's true, or if it's possible to format the drive for Mac?

Thanks!

You can use that drive on a Mac. Most, if not all, standard external hard drives can be reformatted for Mac use.
