Someone has this ? I have one question

I have read somewhere that the included dock works thru FW800. What I'd like is to plug it to the rear of an Apple Cinema Display which has just FW800. Is this possible ???

Unless the new 24" supports that standard, you'll have to use Firewire 400 (assuming that the drive supports it). My ACD 30" has two Firewire 400 ports and two USB ports.

In any case if the drive and display both have similar ports (both with Firewire 400, both with Firewire 800 or both with USB 2.0), then you should be able to plug the drive into the back of the display and it should work. All ports on the ACD are powered, whether the computer is sleeping or not.

I have a 20" ACD. The drive has FW400,FW800 and mini USB, but only a FW800 plug is mentioned. Maybe a FW800-FW400 cable is included ?

Well I just went to the Seagate spec page on it here and if you download the PDF file "Free Agent Go for Mac Data Sheet" (link in small grey type at the bottom), a listing of contents included do show that a FW400-->FW800 cable is included.
