I finally took the time to play around with some driver stuff and install Tuxera NTFS and Tuxera MacFUSE; it finally made my hard drive accessible again!-- WAIT. No, as soon as I tried to access a file (restarted my computer after the installations,) there was a long, loading pause and then POP! permissions changed? 
Well, I turned off the computer, unplugged the hard drive, and decided to watch the exact thing happen again (except it was missing the "you can't open this folder because you don't have permission" etc.) HERE WE GO:
