Seagate Harddrive - Shows on MacBook but not on new iMac

Afternoon,

Just got a new iMac, running the latest El Capitan. I have a Seagate Slim 2TB external. It shows fine on my Macbook Pro (also running El Capitan), but it only showed up once on the new iMac. Any thoughts - I have a bunch of files, including a Terabyte's worth of Music and Videos. Grrrr! Please assist!

P.S. I wasn't sure if I should post this in the iMac forum or this one but I tend to blame everything on El Capitan. o_O
