Hi all, I just bought a new 2.53 GHz 13-inch MacBook Pro an I want to change the hard drive from the 250GB to a 500GB. I found both the Seagate and the Western Digital for the same price! Which one would you recommend?
Also there is a Seagate 500 GB hard drive with G-Force for a extra $27.
If you recommend the Seagate over the WD should I spend the extra for the G-Force drive?

Thank You all for your help!

i don't have too much to contribute. but i can say this; i have always used western digital hard drives with my macs with absolutely no problems, compatibility included.

i have had 2 seagate crash completely on me in the distant past. Back in my windows 98 days....

God i hate microsoft LOL!
