Search for cross-platform Pill Reminder App

Greetings,

because I am facing major depression and Crohn disease I need to take several medications on a daily basis.

I am searching for a simple app which can sync between iOS and Mac devices but I can't find any great one.

anyone may help me with that and knows a good software?

I use Apple's built-in Calendar app for repeating daily alerts very successfully.

The Macs & iOS devices are connected to iCloud with the same Apple ID and Calendar selected in the iCloud Preferences. All devices are synced in the same Calendar in iCloud. Keep in mind the Calendars in all devices are exactly the same. Keep that in mind when enabling it for the first time if you have different information on the Calendars on multiple devices.

I would think having an Apple Watch would be ideal for a situation in which you need many reminders throughout the day to do something.

But CoastalOR's idea would also work. You'd just set up daily, repeating entries with reminders.
