Search page not suggesting nearby places

The new spotlight search page stopped showing nearby places for me (gas, restaurants, bars, etc.) It only shows the suggested apps and contacts and below that the news articles. It worked fine until a few minutes ago. I rebooted, turned off spotlight search and turned it back on but it still hasn't changed. Any idea what is wrong? I changed no other settings on my phone
