Something that used to work perfectly in all previous iOS' was the ability to search for part/last four digits of someones phone number to find an old text. With iOS 13 I cannot do this.
I've called Apple and they said this is the was its supposed to work. I think its broken and have seen articles that mention that since iOS 13 text messages are not indexing. I've tried a couple of their fixes without any luck.
With them saying its working as it should I find it very odd that you can search for a word, a part of a word located within a text to generate results but not part of the phone number. Its like search is not able to use the phone number as a searchable item.
Currently you can type search for the entire phone number including the country code (example: 17778889999) to generate results. This defeats the purpose of a search feature in my opinion.
Have any of you found a fix for this?
Please HELP!!!
