Search Vietnamese pages???

Everytime I use google search my results come up in Vietnamese? Right above all the results I can choose to "Search the Web" or " Search Vietnamese pages". I have to re-search each time because the Search Vietnamese pages is always selected instead of search the web...Anyone else experienced this? Help?
