is this possible? I'm looking for a thread i posted in a while ago but can't find it in all my subscribed threads.

Cheers.

I don't think that there's a way to do it here at MacRumors, but if you've participated in the thread you can use Google to find it. Just go to Google and type in a word or two that you know were in the thread, your user name and "site:forums.macrumors.com" (without the quotes). You can then use "Search Tools" drop down in the sidebar of Google to narrow it down to a specific time frame if there's too many results initially.

If you're looking for a post you made, you can use Advanced Search to find posts made by you.

... also known as MRoogle.

I keep forgetting about Mroogle and end up using Google.
They're one and the same. Mroogle is nothing more than a Google search with "site:forums.macrumors.com" added to the search terms, to restrict the Google search to the forum.
