General Searching Cydia sucks...

I'm doing something wrong or does Cydia's search function suck?

"Slider iOS 7"... About 10,000,000 items come up. Any way to sort better?

I agree I wish the search feature were better. Would be nice if you could search by any word in the tweak name and anything containing that word would come up. Instead you have to know the order of the words in the program's name and if there are or aren't spaces between the words.

It would also be nice if there were sections for iOS version to help pare down the offerings when looking for things that work on 7.

It does that once you press the search button on the keyboard.

Type in "modi" without the quotes and press search. One of the results will be StatusModifier.

I really do hope you're not getting 10,000,000 items. But I don't like searching in Cydia either.

I've never had any problems searching in Cydia.
