All the video players I have found, you have to upload your movies to that specific player to watch them. The only one I have found that auto detects all the videos on my ipad is the "ttvideo" It is actually not a bad player at all, but I personally just don't like the way the controls are.
What other players that, out of the box, detect all your movies? I have tried so many and even lost money buying ones that I thought could do it, I need to ask for help.
