Searching for an app - sales/account management

I am a sales representative in the beverage industry looking for a program that will help my business.

-must have a desktop and an iphone version that syncs together
-tracks each of my individual accounts, their purchasing history and other notes
-a to do list or calendar that automatically populates when i need to visit these accounts based on time periods i create...like if i need to visit them weekly, bi weekly, monthly.

I'm at a loss for finding something along these lines and feel it may just not exist. Are there any suggestions?
