Hello, dear community!

So, let's go. If you don't want to read a lot, stop here: I'm searching for Podio but with a look and auto-embedding features of Google+/Pinterest + good myltiple tags system. Anyone?

Now to the long part.

Apps I tried: bitrix24, igloomobile, Teamwork PM, Redbooth, Hall, DropTask, Zula, Projectplace, WorkBoard, Mammoth, Google+ (community), Evernote, Pocket, Facebook (community), Pinterest, VKontakte (community), Google Docs, Skitch, Podio and many many more I lost track of. 40+ hours spent.

The point: I will try to describe it with Google+ example and then another way - what would I like to add in Podio or similar apps.

1. Can create a theme in community, but can't create tags for posts and themes. So can't search with tags. They auto-appear sometimes, but that's not what I need. With a lot of posts in each theme this is very disturbing. Can't move post from one theme to another. Can't "zoom out" like you can nicely in stock iOS photos app or whatever.

2. Can comment a post, but can't comment a theme. Can't comment a comment.

3. Can't delete and move other moderators posts.

4. No "progress bars" and "to-do widgets", that's okay with me, but would be good.

5. Previews for youtube videos, webpages, but no previews for doc, excel and audio files posted from shared google drive. Connecting a soundcloud for sharing is okay, but in drive they would be "closer" in usability.

6. Can post a nice link with preview, but can't give a link to just a part of an article or just one picture on a page, like evernote browser PC/Mac button would do.

7. Ahhhh... think it can go on forever.

Now from the Podio side:

I loved the Podio! But still I can't use it. No auto-embedding. Links looks completely dead and non-informative for most employees compared to how they can look in Google+ and similar. So, I don't think I can describe it in-depth enough, but I hope you get the point. Also comment options are limited: you can't create a post in comments, so you're limited in giving examples etc.

Thanks you everyone in advance.
Best regards.
