Searching for text in Preview (PDF's) ... How to search for a group of words?

I have a .pdf document with a few hundred pages.
Let's say I want to search for 'very strange behaviour', Preview searches for 'very', 'strange' and 'behaviour' separately by default.

Is there any way to have Preview search for the group of words, instead of the separate words?

Don't mention it.

The same trick goes for Google or for most other search tools one might care to name. It's handy!
