Searching Google News on Safari Bug?

Occasionally, I search news through Google News. When I tap an article, it would open the link in a new tab next to the current tab. When I go back to the previous tab with the list of articles, it would load the same link opened in the new tab.

Anyone getting this issue except me?

My phone is doing this too. Its driving me crazy! I also noticed the tabs at the top of the google search page have changed as well. The news tab used to be next to images and now it is only accessible via the drop down menu on the right. I don't know how to get it back the way it used to be. I have an iPhone 4
