I know Google can search text in PDF files, so I was wondering if there is a way to do this on my Mac. If there's a way to do it in Spotlight that would be best, but if not, any free search software? Thanks!

Spotlight automatically does it, as long as the PDF is properly converted from text and not just a scanned image.

Spotlight does search the content of PDFs, so does the default PDF reader (Preview), and the free Adobe Reader.

Edit: Wow, beaten twice!
