I was wondering, is there a program that would allow you to access the active menu items by typing them in like you would in spotlight. For instance, let's say I am running Photoshop, and I want to rotate a picture 180 degrees. I want to be able to press a quick shortcut, type 180, and have the program search through all the available menu items in the currently active program and popup the top choice. This would be a great alternative to memorizing all those shortcut keys, and also would make using new software packages much easier.

Does anything like that exist?

Oh, and searchlight = spotlight :) I know, long day here, not sure what I was typing.
