secd causing high cpu usage and temps

I just installed the beta and I'm getting High temps. I checked out the activity mon and secd was using 90-103 percent cpu. I manged to stop it after forcing a bunch of cloud stuff to quit. Why is Icloud keychain stuff coming on when I'm not even signed into Icloud? How do I get it to stop coming on?
